Right here we have the entrance of an arena inflatable. And you can see here that because this is a high traffic area and kids are climbing in and out of it entrance, over time this vinyl has begun to crack and peel. So this top layer of vinyl is peeling off and its all leaking air. And because of the condition, this whole section needs to be replaced. The customer actually did a pretty good job of doing a patch right here in the front to reinforce it and to make it last a bit longer before he had to bring it to us to get repaired. He actually stitched along this area as well as across the top panel here because this whole panel has started to rip. And that did last for a little while but now you can see there’s actually a hole here. And so because of the condition of the vinyl itself, this isn’t just a restitch or reinforcement. This area will need to be replaced. And so we’ll show you what the finished result looks like. Here’s what the cover looks like completely finished. You can see that we went all the way from this seam on the inside of the entrance down to the base. We replaced this entire area since that patch was overlapping the black, we just went ahead and replaced the entire thing so that it will last the customer a really long time. Underneath these areas here with the webbing is a double layered reinforcement of vinyl so that when this webbing was sewn back to the floor, it is extra reinforced on the inside so that whenever there’s tension on either of these points, it’s extra reinforced. That way they don’t have to worry about these webbing pieces coming off at any time. And like I said it goes all the way to the back. Doesn’t even look like there was an issue to begin with. We replaced it with new vinyl.
